Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Skating Buffalo Lab. Every product in this store is custom made to order, designed and printed specifically for you. Because of this, our return guidelines differ from traditional retail items.

Custom and Personalized Items

All items sold through this store are custom or made to order. Returns and refunds are not available for change of mind, design revisions, or incorrect information provided by the customer during ordering. Once an order is placed, production may begin at any time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within seven days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue and the packaging. After verification, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item unless specifically requested.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Because production does not always start immediately, please email us before cancelling to confirm whether your order has started.

If production has not begun, your order can be cancelled and fully refunded.

If production has started but is not completed, your order may be eligible for cancellation with a partial refund to cover wasted materials and associated labor. The amount refunded will be determined on a case by case basis.

Once production is completed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Addresses

If the wrong shipping address was entered at checkout, contact us as soon as possible so we can update it. If the order has not shipped, we will correct the address. If the package has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs once the package is returned.
