Products and Custom Work

All items sold by Skating Buffalo Lab are custom made to order. Product images, measurements, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

You are responsible for ensuring that any custom text, dates, spellings, or design details submitted during checkout are accurate. Changes requested after purchase are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs if production has already begun.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. All payments must be completed at checkout. Skating Buffalo Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or conflicting information.

Order Processing and Production

Production begins after an order is placed. Timelines vary based on item size, complexity, and order volume. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production time is separate from transit time.

Cancellations are only allowed before production begins. If you request cancellation after production has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on material use and labor already completed. This is determined case by case.

Shipping

Shipping times and carrier performance are outside our control. Once an order has shipped, Skating Buffalo Lab is not responsible for delays, carrier errors, or packages marked as delivered but not received. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Because all products are made to order, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage or defect. Detailed guidelines are provided in the Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, product concepts, images, text, and digital content on this website are the property of Skating Buffalo Lab. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Custom designs created for customers may be used in marketing, product photos, or portfolio displays unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.

User Accounts

If you create an account on this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
